Temporary Employment

Temporary workers will sign agreements with US Remac and will work with the companies to which they are assigned. Temporary employees will be subject to US Remac’s rules in the agreement, in addition to the policies of the companies to which they are assigned. They will receive payments and benefits from US Remac.

Process from Registration to Job Entry

step1 Job Referral
US Remac will inform you of job positions which match your career interests and qualifications.
step1 Introduction to a Matching Company
US Remac presents your resume and information to a matching company.
step1 Setting Up Interview
Upon approval of company, an interview will be scheduled by a US Remac consultant.
step1 Employment Agreement with US Remac
Sign the agreement with US Remac regarding temporary employment. US Remac will also gather all of the required documents from you.

US Remac has clients who will permanently hire temporary staff after a certain period of time (3-6months). In that case, a US Remac consultant will notify you about the possibility and US Remac will negotiate and coordinate the terms and conditions of the permanent position, such as salary, benefits, etc.
