Remac Talent

Remac Talent is the total registration data base for the upwardly mobile, who want a certain work style or who are looking for jobs that fit their lifestyles. For those registered, US Remac will take into account the work style desired, such as permanent versus temporary, part-time, contractual positions, or internships, their career goals and other preferences in order to find job opportunities that will best meet their needs. When applicants register, US Remac consultants seriously consider their wishes, give advice and help them find a perfect match. There are of course, no registration fees or any other fees for helping them succeed in finding the job they are seeking.

US Remac provides total career support for individuals that know what they want. We will listen to their short, mid and long term career goals and give advice about how they can best achieve their goals. We show them how to write effective resumes and/or entry sheets and conduct interview training so that the individuals can make their best impressions. Also, working with immigration lawyers, we offer legal advice about what kind of legal permits are required to work in the US, and we assist with other immigration issues as well.

How to start work

Permanent and Contractual Employment
Individuals who successfully find work as permanent or contract employees will sign contracts with their employer companies. The permanent workers will follow company rules and regulations (written in Employee Handbooks, Employment Agreements and so on), receive medical insurance and other benefits according to the company rules.* For the contract employees the contract terms and conditions will be decided separately and they will work within those agreements. The medical and other benefits differ depending on the term and conditions of the contracts or the companies.
*In the US, conditions differ from company to company.Process of registration to entry (see Diagram)

Temporary Employment
Temporary workers will sign contracts with US Remac and will work with the companies to which they are assigned. Temporary employees will be subject to US Remac’s rules in the contract, in addition to the instructions of the companies to which they are assigned. They will receive payments and benefits from US Remac.
